Pam's Adventure Series

Pam's Adventure is a series of games starring my mom (lol). These games were originally created for my mom for her birthday, but they became such a big hit that I continue to develop them today! There are quite a few Pam's Adventure games today.

Mom's Adventure

This is the first ever Pam's Adventure game, and it really shows. There are so many glitches in this game, its funny. You can jump off of air (and fly). At this point, Pam had no means of attack and no lives or continues, so you get hit once and thats it... game over! Pam's Enemies are ghosts.

Pam's Adventure (Sidescroller Version)

This is the 2nd ever Pam's Adventure game. At this point, there's less glitches, but theres still a few of them. Walking while in air makes Pam float (slows her fall), which makes her able to glide greater distances than if she would just fall. the flying glitch was fixed. Pam still has no attack, but now she can crouch to get out of the way of enemies. Also, there's no lives, one hit=game over (which is the BSOD lol)! Pam's Enemies are still ghosts.

Pam's Adventure (Platformer Version)

This may share the same name as the game above but it's far from being the same game. This game has very few glitches and is very advanced compared to the first 2 games. This game was made to be like an old NES game. The music and graphics sound and look like those of a NES game. Pam now has a means of attack (the SPIN ATTACK: Pam spins and moves downward quickly. This is fatal for ghosts), unlimited continues (no lives yet), a 2 player mode (added recently), and a final boss! This is also the first Pam's Adventure game to contain all original music written by me. Pam's enemies are STILL ghosts.

Pam's Adventure 2 (16 Bit Version)

This is a game that is based on Pam's Adventure (above). This game has many of the same things of the last game, but with better sound, graphics, and cd-quality music! This game may sound great, but it's really not that fun, because only 2 levels were finished before the project was abandoned. Pam's enemies are STILL ghosts!

Pam's Adventure: The New Adventure

This game is by far the best Pam's Adventure game EVER (in my opinion). This basically builds off of the ideas of the 1st real Pam's Adventure game and the graphics and sound of the 2nd real Pam's Adventure game, and improves everything a lot! In this game, the graphics have been improved from Pam's Adventure 2, including more frames in walking and spin attack animations. There are 2 powerups so far: speed (makes Pam walk faster) and invincibility (makes Pam invincible temporarily). There are some great original songs by me in this game. There are new enemies, better controls, and there's finally a lives system, a health system, a points system, and an onscreen HUD that actually stays ONSCREEN instead of scrolling offscreen!!! Pam's Enemies are now ROBOTS!!!

As of around August 10, 2009, the old engine has been abandoned completely, to be replaced with an almost completely GML-coded engine made by me. There are new powerups, smoother movement, and tons of other things better than the original game.

Pam's Pocket Adventure/Pam's Adventure 2 (8 Bit)

This game is not even close to being finished. It is supposed to be the direct sequel to Pam's Adventure (the platformer). This is supposed to emulate the early handheld portable consoles (like Game Gear and Gameboy). There's only one level, and even that one level is not finished yet.
